Who are we?

Potential To Succeed CIC is a not for profit small organisation providing community support, community training and participatory programmes that include social action projects and volunteering opportunities for individuals, families, young people, community groups across communities in  Pembrokeshire & Carmarthenshire.

Our support and community action projects / services are designed to reduce loneliness, isolation, poverty and support those with mental health and poverty related issues. What we do has far reaching impacts upon people and help to enable recipients of our services and support to reach their potential by providing targeted interventions, training, volunteering, projects and initiatives that are accessible to all; regardless of race, religion, orientation, age or ethnicity.

We work with people of all ages to provide a range of services, projects and initiatives with the aim of improving skills, mental wellness, healthy life choices, increase positive aspirations so individuals and community groups are mobilised to reach their real potential; and reduce the gaps between poverty, isolation and inequalities that exist in our society.
